For the second time in a span of 24 hours West Branch went on the road to pick up a win over a River Valley Conference North Division opponent.
After knocking off Northeast on Friday night West Branch was back on the road Saturday picking up a 62-23 win over Anamosa in a RVC cross-divisional matchup in Anamosa.
Sasha Koenig had 18 points, six rebounds, six assists and five steals as Class 2A eighth-ranked West Branch improved to 3-1 on the season and 3-0 in RVC play.
Rylan Druecker had 16 points, two assists and two steals and Taylor Thein added 11 points and four steals in the win.
Lexie Peak chipped in with seven points and two steals for West Branch which completes a three-game road swing on Tuesday at Tipton.
Anamosa dropped to 0-4 with the loss.
