Liberty High bolted to a 43-23 halftime lead and rolled to a 74-50 win over Washington on Tuesday in the season opener for both teams in Washington.
Ira Hazeltine poured in a game-high 21 points to lead three Liberty High players in double figures.
Andre Brandon added 14 points and Kelby Telander had 12 points while Sam Funke added nine and Basil Aldoss had seven.
Luke Turner led Washington with 11 points and Kasen Bailey had 10.

Tucker Kinney poured in 39 points to lead Central DeWitt past Clear Creek Amana 75-70 in the season opener for both teams on Tuesday in DeWitt.
Christian Withrow had 20 points and seven rebounds to lead Clear Creek Amana while Mike Potter added 16 points and seven rebounds for the Clippers.
Nick O’Connor had 16 points and Tyler Schrepfer had 12 for Clear Creek Amana.
