Clear Creek Amana downed Williamsburg 27-25, 16-25, 25-15, 25-20 in a WAMAC West matchup in Williamsburg on Tuesday.

The Clippers improved to 17-10 on the season and 4-1 in WAMAC West play with the win while Williamsburg dropped to 8-14 and 2-3 in WAMAC West action.

Hailey Pollock led Clear Creek Amana with 16 kills while Calia Clubb added 15 kills in the win.

Morgan Etscheidt had 12 kills and Cheyaenne Bunch had 44 assists for the Clippers.

City High Falls in Five Sets

Class 5A No. 10 City High fell to Western Dubuque 25-16, 23-25, 25-13, 23-25, 14-16 on Tuesday in a Mississippi Valley Conference Mississippi Division matchup in Iowa City.

City High dropped to 11-10 on the season and 3-3 in MVC play while Western Dubuque improved to 11-10 on the season and 4-2 in MVC contests.

Kelsey Law led City High with 32 kills while Lindsey Bolton had 60 assists.

Mia Loughran had eight kills and 14 digs while Maya Morales had 25 digs.
