West High showed off its impressive depth on Saturday on its way to the title at the Little Hawk Invite.

The top Women of Troy also flexed their muscle at the top of the lineup as Aurora Roghair and Scartlet Martin continued to show they are among the elite swimmers in the state.

Martin and Roghair each won a pair of individual events in meet record times as West High pulled away from Ankeny to win the team title with 456 at the Mercer Park Aquatic Center.

Ankeny was second with 372 points followed by Bettendorf with 327 and host City High with 242.5.

Nine different West High swimmers posted top five finishes on Saturday and the Women of Troy finished in the top three in all three relays.

Roghair and Martin led the way each winning two individual races and teaming up to help the West High 400 freestyle relay team to a title.

Martin posted the fastest time in the state this season in winning the 200 IM with a meet-record time of 2:04.95.

The sophomore added another meet record in the 100 butterfly in 54.88 which was .02 off the state-leading time she posted earlier this week.

Roghair also put up a top time in the state this season winning the 500 freestyle in a meet-record time of 4:57.91 and adding another meet record in the 200 freestyle in 1:53.47.

Martin and Roghair joined Jade Roghair and Olivia Taeger on the 400 freestyle relay team that set a meet record with the fastest time in the state at 3:33.63.

The West High 200 medley relay team of Ella Hochstetler, Jenny Geng, Martin and Aurora Roghair was second in 1:48.92 and Taeger was runner-up in the 50 freestyle in 25.32 and 100 freestyle 54.78.

City High got a title in the 200 freestyle relay as Olivia Masterson, Carly Weigel, Averi Loria and Trinity Sadecky won in 1:40.61.

Masterson added an individual win in the 100 breaststroke in a time of 1:05.79.

Weigel had four top-three finishes to lead City High including a pair of individual runner-up performances.

Weigel was second in the 100 backstroke in 58.99 and the 200 freestyle in 1:57.44.

She also joined Masterson, Sadecky and Rika Yahashiri on the City High 200 medley relay team that was third in 1:49.64.

Yahashiri was third in the 50 freestyle in 25.57 and the 100 in freestyle in 55.93 and Masterson was third in the 100 butterfly in 59.48.
