Lauren Riggle scored a pair of goals to lift Clear Creek Amana to a 4-0 win over Anamosa on Monday in a WAMAC cross-divisional match in Tiffin.

The win was the fourth in five matches for Clear Creek Amana which improved to 6-8 on the season.

Georgie Schuerer and Carsyn Gallagher each added goals in the win while junior Lillian Hennes made three saves while recording the shutout in goal.

Anamosa dropped to 2-10 with the loss.

Clippers Win Second Straight

Clear Creek Amana won back-to-back games for the first times this season with a 3-1 win over Anamosa on Monday.

Mitch Evans scored a pair of first-half goals to put the Clippers up 2-1 and Jack Neuzil added a goal in the second half.

Clear Creek Amana improved to 3-10 on the season while Anamosa dropped to 2-11.
