A year ago West Branch claimed the River Valley Conference team title.
On Wednesday the Bears added an individual title to its recent run over RVC success.
Ted Bridges fired a three-over-par 75 to claim the individual title at the River Valley Conference meet at Muscatine Municipal Golf Course.
Bridges shot an even-par 36 on the back nine to hold off Connor Michels of Bellevue by one stroke for the individual title.
The 75 from Bridges helped West Branch to a runner-up finish, one stroke back of team champion Wilton which shot a 331.
Mid-Prairie was third with a 344 followed by Tipton with a 345 and Regina with a 351.
Wilton had a pair of players break 80 as Jared Townsend finished fourth with a 77 and Nolan Leaton shot a 79 to place seventh.
That helped the Beavers return to the top spot after finishing runner-up to West Branch in the team race a year ago.
West Branch got an 83 from Trevor Thein and an 85 from freshman Kaleb Sexton while shooting a 332.
Thein finished ninth while Sexton placed 11th as both players earned all-conference honors.
Sophomore Nic Hein fired an 86 to lead Regina while fellow sophomore Mark Schomer shot an 87 to place 87.
Hein and Schomer both earned honorable mention all-conference honors for their performances on Wednesday.
Jake Phillips and Brady Wallace each shot an 89 for the Regals while Brady Lukavsky carded an 89 for West Branch.
