Clear Creek Amana placed eighth at the WAMAC West Divisional meet on Monday at Benton Community High School in Van Horne.

Center Point-Urbana won the team title with 148 points followed by Vinton-Shellsburg with 138, Benton Community with 114 and Marion with 112.

Clear Creek Amana finished with 31 points.

Jack Butler placed fifth in the 400 in 54.08 and Shiloh Robbins was sixth in the 3,200 in 11:27.2.

The Clippers’ sprint medley relay team of Matt Brimeyer, Alex Figueroa, Trever Stockman and  Darius Moore was fourth in 1:37.89.
