The Women of Troy remained unbeaten on the season with a 9-0 win over Jefferson in a Mississippi Valley Conference match in Iowa City.
West High improved to 13-0 on the season and 12-0 in MVC play while Cedar Rapids Jefferson dropped to 5-8 and 4-8 in conference play.

City High bounced back from a loss to cross-town rival West High on Tuesday with a 7-2 win over Waterloo East on Thursday in Iowa City.
The Little Hawks won all six singles matches to clinch the win and got a win doubles win from the tandem of Liza Whaylen and Emily Vanderlinden.
City High evened its season record at 6-6 with the win and moved to 6-5 in Mississippi Valley Conference play while Waterloo East dropped to 0-13 and 0-12 in conference action.
