West High posted a pair of shutouts on Saturday while picking sweeping a Mississippi Valley Conference dual double-header in Cedar Rapids.

The Women of Troy remained unbeaten on the season with 9-0 wins over Cedar Rapids Washington and Cedar Rapids Kennedy, improving to 11-0 overall and 10-0 in MVC play.

West High is scheduled to play City High on Tuesday at the Hawkeye Tennis and Recreation Center.

City High split a pair of Mississippi Valley Conference matches on Saturday defeating Cedar Rapids Washington 5-4 and falling to Cedar Rapids Kennedy 7-2.

The Little Hawks moved to 5-5 on the season with the 1-1 performance on Saturday.

Cedar Rapids Washington is 6-3 on the year and Cedar Rapids Kennedy is 4-4.
