City High won four events and held off Mount Pleasant to win the team title at the Washington Demon Relays on Thursday at Case Field in Washington.

The Little Hawks got an individual title from Tiara Green in the 400 and won three relays while finishing with 130 points, four more than runner-up Mount Pleasant.

Liberty High was ninth at the 14-team meet with 30 points.

City High won the shuttle hurdle, 4×200 and 4×400 relays and got runner-up finishes from Emma Clark in the 100 and Alia Vanderhoef in the high jump on its way to the team title.

The City High shuttle hurdle team of Kate Swenning, Jordan Sekafetz, Jae Dancer and Caroline Schaeckenbach won in 1:10.61 while the 4×200 foursome of Emma Clark, Ayana Lindsey, Sydney DePrenger and Schaeckenbach was victorious in 1:50.39.

DePrenger, CeCe Kelly-Harvey, Lindsey and Schaeckenbach won the 4×400 in 4:11.09.

McKenzie Logan finished third in the 1,500 and fifth in the 3,000 to pace Liberty High.
