Tatum Koenig had a lot of memorable performances in a West Branch uniform during her standout career.
The all-time leading scorer in West Branch history added one more to that list on Wednesday.
Koenig poured in a team-high 21 points on her way to being named the Most Valuable Player at the Eastern Iowa All-Star Game at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids.
The 21 points from Koenig helped the North team to an 89-76 win over the South squad in the girls game of the boys and girls doubleheader.
Koenig was a first-team Class 2A all-state pick this season after leading West Branch in scoring at 21.1 points per game.
The 5-foot-7 Bradley recruit was right at that season average in Wednesday’s all-star event, leading four North Team players in double figures.
City High’s Miss Iowa Basketball Ashley Joens had a game-high 22 points to lead the South Team while West High’s Logan Cook had 16 points.
Rachael Saunders of West High had four points for the South Team.
