City High let a five-point halftime slip away in a 54-49 loss to United Township on Friday in East Moline, Illinois.
Keshawn Christian scored a game-high 20 points but it wasn’t enough as City High dropped to 2-5 on the season with its second straight loss.
Antonio Turner had eight and Jeremy Kambomba and Ry Threlkeld-Wiegand each had six for the Little Hawks.
Delaney Little led United Township with 17 points while Daveon Ellis had 13 and Shamar Grant 12 for the Panthers.

Liberty High Drops Third Straight
Liberty High dropped its third straight game on Friday falling to Charles City 56-43 in Charles City.
Andre Brandon had a double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds to pace Liberty High while Grayson Tyler had 10 points.
Ethan O’Donnell had eight points and Sam Funke had five points and eight rebounds as Liberty High dropped to 3-6 on the season.
Charles City improved to 6-1 with its sixth straight win.
