Freshman Aurora Roghair won two individual events and helped the West High 200 freestyle relay team to a first-place finish as the Women of Troy finished runner-up as a team at the Little Hawk Invite on Saturday at Mercer Park Aquatic Center.

Roghair won the 200 freestyle and 100 backstroke and Melanie Housenga and Lily Ernst each added individual titles as West High finished with 384 points.

Bettendorf won the team title with 468 points while Ankeny was third with 361 points.

City High got a runner-up finish from Carly Weigel in the 100 backstroke and a third-place finish from its 200 medley relay team while finishing sixth with 196 points.

Roghair won the 200 freestyle in 1:57.95 and claimed the 100 backstroke title in 59.81.

Ernst won the 100 butterfly in 58.67 and West High finished first and second in the 500 freestyle as Housenga won in 5:15.91 and Alleyna Thomas was second in 5:17.22.

The West High 200 freestyle team of Roghair, Ernst, Thomas and Housenga won in 1:41.36 and the same foursome finished second in the 400 freestyle relay in 3:39.7.

Ernst added a third-place finish in the 200 IM in 2:12.87.  

Weigel led City High with a runner-up finish in the backstroke in 1:01.09 and joined Rika Yahashiri, Laura Lorenger and Trinity Sadecky on the 200 medley relay team that finished third in 1:55.
