City High and West High teed off the season on Thursday at the Mississippi Valley Conference at Ellis Golf Course in Cedar Rapids.

West High shot a 355 to finish 10th at the 140-team meet while City High was 11th with a 378.

Kyle Spence shot a 79 to lead West High while Devon Rutt paced City High with an 88.
