Aleah Rocha shot a 48 to tie for medalist honors as West Branch fell to Tipton in a River Valley Conference dual at the Tipton Golf and Country Club.

Sydney Lamont added a 53 as West Branch shot a 214 to finish 11 strokes behind Tipton.

Clear Creek Amana shot a 225 to finish fifth at the eight-team West Delaware Invitational on Monday.

Dubuque Wahlert won the team title with a 183 followed by Vinton-Shellsburg with a 190 and Dubuque Hempstead with a 204.

Allison Greathouse shot a 52 to lead Clear Creek Amana while Sheyanne Koethe shot a 54 for the Clippers.

Thien Leads West Branch

Trevor Thein fired a one-over-par 37 to lead West Branch past Tipton in a River Valley Conference dual on Monday at Cedars Edge Golf Course in West Branch.

Thein had six pars and a pair of bogeys to go with a birdie on the par-four first on his way to medalist honors.

Ted Bridges shot a 42 to earn runner-up medalist honors as West Branch finished with a 173 to finish 13 strokes in front of Tipton.
