Solon won six events on its way to the team title at the Mid-Prairie Hawk Relays on Thursday in Wellman.

The Spartans finished with 130 points, Pekin was second with 96 points and Mid-Prairie finished third with 87.5.

West Branch was fifth with 66.5.

Solon got individual titles from Alexis Sands in the 100 hurdles, Abby Smith in the high jump and Emily Troyer in the discus.

The Spartans added titles in the sprint medley, shuttle hurdle and 4×200 relays.

Paige Miller won the 400 hurdles to lead West Branch.
