Crompton, Lehman Headline All-Conference Honors for Regina

Regina dominated the River Valley Conference this season on its way to a second consecutive unbeaten conference record and South Division title.
The Regina domination continued this week when the conference announced its postseason honors.
Regina was one of only two teams with a pair of players named to the RVC Elite team and had three other players named to the South Division team.
Junior Mary Crompton and senior Sarah Lehman were each named to the 10-member Elite team made up of the top players from both divisions.
Sophomores Alex Wiese and Kennedy Wallace and junior Greyson Dumont were all selected to the South Division team after helping Regina (26-1) to an 18-0 conference mark, unbeaten regular season and a spot in the Class 2A state semifinals.
Crompton led Regina with 18 points per game this season, third most in the RVC.
The 5-foot-8 Crompton led the RVC in both 3-point percentage (47.2) and free throw percentage (88.2) and made a conference-best 76 3-pointers.
Crompton also averaged 3.3 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 2.5 steals per game.
Lehman joined Crompton on the RVC Elite team after posting the best season of her career.
The senior forward averaged 15 points and 4.3 rebounds per game and led Regina with 2.9 steals per game.
Wiese was second on the team with 15.7 points per game this season and ranked second among RVC players with 9.4 rebounds per game on her way to being named to the South Division team.
The 6-foot-0 Wiese shot an RVC-best 63 percent from the field as a sophomore.
Dumont led the conference in assists with 130 (4.8 per game) and averaged 4.2 points and 2.7 steals per game while Wallace averaged 7.2 points per game.
West Branch junior Tatum Koenig received Elite team honors after leading the RVC in scoring and steals.
Koenig average 20 points and 4.3 steals per game, both best in the conference while helping West Branch to a 14-9 record and a spot in the regional semifinals.
The 5-foot-6 Koenig also led West Branch with 5.9 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game.
Senior guard Haley Mullinnix was named to the South Division team after averaging 15 points, 3.1 steals and 2.6 assists per game.
Regina coach Jeff Wallace was named South Division coach of the year after leading the Regals to the their ninth consecutive conference title in his first season.
