West High finished sixth and City High was seventh at the Little Hawk Invite on Saturday at the Mercer Park Aquatic Center.

Bettendorf won the team title with 464 points to outdistance runner-up Cedar Rapids Kennedy.

West High placed sixth with 193 points while City High was seventh with 156.

Andrea Adam placed second in the diving competition with a score of 388 to lead City High.

Laura Lorenger added a fifth place finish in the 100 breaststroke for the Little Hawks in 1:12.92 and Carly Weigel was eighth in the 100 freestyle in 56.57.

Melanie Housenga had a pair of individual top-four finishes to lead West High.

Housenga placed fourth in both the 200 IM (2:16.48) and the 500 freestyle (5:28.59).

Alleyna Thomas added a seventh place finish in the 200 freestyle (2:03.87) and a sixth place finish in the 500 freestyle (5:30.69).
